Services and engagements

What Yavaren's people offer besides delivery — delivery project management and AI delivery consulting — and how to ask for an engagement.

Yavaren designs and develops software and applications for you as an outsourced AI delivery service: Tulaian, Yavaren's AI delivery engineers, take your stories, features and new products to reviewed draft pull requests, under your approvals. Around that work, Yavaren's people offer two services:

• Delivery project management. A Yavaren delivery manager runs your software delivery as a project: plan and milestones, the backlog in your own tracker, a weekly status, risks and decisions, and the people who approve kept moving.
• AI delivery consulting. Consultants assess how your teams deliver software and how AI delivery engineers fit: where to start, the controls and approvals you need, standards, the stack, and a written plan.

Asking for an engagement

Open Services. An admin of your organisation fills in the service, a title, your goals, the scope, a timeline and who Yavaren should talk to, and sends it. Nothing is charged when you ask.

Yavaren staff come back to you. You follow the engagement on the same page: its status (Received, Scoping with you, Offer made, In progress, Closed) and the updates Yavaren shares with you.

The offer

If the engagement is a fit, Yavaren makes your organisation an offer. An admin accepts it under Packages, like any package: the price you accept does not change.

On an installation you run yourself, the page describes the services; ask your Yavaren account manager to start one.
