Give leaders Leadership Intelligence only

Put leaders in the ready-made Leadership group, or invite them straight into it, so they see Leadership Intelligence and nothing else.

Every organisation has a ready-made group called Leadership under Settings › Access. Its people see Leadership Intelligence only, to read — no other workspace, and they change nothing. It applies even while your organisation has not switched access groups on.

Add a leader who is already in your organisation

1. Open Settings › Access and choose Edit on Leadership (marked Ready-made).
2. Tick the people, and choose which projects they see (every project, by default).
3. Choose Save group. From their next page, they open Leadership Intelligence.

Invite a new leader

1. Open Settings › Team › Invite someone.
2. Under Access groups, tick Leadership.
3. Choose Viewer as the access, enter their work e-mail and choose Send invitation.

You can tick any of your groups when inviting someone; they join them at once. The Leadership group cannot be removed and cannot be given another workspace — remove its people instead.
