Finding your way: Home and the six workspaces
Where to plan, find knowledge, build, test, deliver and review outcomes — and the one next action Home shows you.
The bar at the top has the same order on every page: Home, then the workspaces your organisation uses, then Settings and Help.
| Workspace | What you do there |
|---|---|
| Plan | turn what you want into approved work: boards, new requests, requirements, projects |
| Knowledge | pages, specifications and decisions, with versions and reviews |
| Build | hand approved work to engineers; each comes back as a draft pull request |
| Quality | analyse an application, generate and run tests, unit tests for your own code |
| Deliver | releases, release notes, followers, evidence of what reached people |
| Insights | how Yavaren is doing for you (a fuller leadership overview is planned) |
A workspace whose module is switched off is not shown. You can use one workspace without setting up the others.
Home
Home shows your organisation, one next action and the requests waiting for you.
- While Getting started is not finished, the next action is the same one the guide shows.
- After that, it is the oldest request waiting for you (overdue ones first).
Settings and Help
- Settings holds connections, synchronisation, payment, your plan and data, how Yavaren runs, and organisation settings.
- Help holds Getting started, the help centre, support, services and updates.
- Go to… (⌘K or Ctrl+K) finds any page, including Waiting for you.
Old links
Links you saved keep working. The Work page is now Build › Hand over work (/build), and its old address opens it.
